How do I order a vehicle history report?

Enter your VIN on the homepage, choose a pricing plan, fill in your details and complete the payment. A confirmation email with the report link is sent after payment.
How long does it take to receive my report?

Most reports are delivered within 5–10 minutes after payment confirmation. Some complex searches or international records may take longer.
I didn’t receive my report — what should I do?

First check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact support with your order ID or the email used during purchase.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your purchase was made in error or the report is faulty, contact us with the order details and we’ll review it.
